Stephanie Buckley, M.D.

Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Buckley earned her medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. She completed her residency at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, affiliated with the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago.

Dr. Buckley provides skilled and compassionate care for patients’ primary medical needs. Her services include physicals, immunizations, health education, disease control and prevention, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses or conditions.

Dr. Buckley sees patients in the Mt. Airy office.


Binu T. Chacko, M.D.

Dr. Chacko earned his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Kerala Medical College in India, and completed his internship at Harbor Hospital in Baltimore.

With 27 years of experience, 17 of them affiliated with Carroll Hospital, Dr. Chacko currently serves as vice president of the hospital’s medical staff, a member of the Carroll Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees and president of MedChi in Carroll County.

He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Michael Eyer, D.O.

Michael Eyer, D.O.

Dr. Eyer earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and completed a rotating internship at Memorial Hospital, York, PA.

He is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

Dr. Eyer sees patients in the Manchester office.


Thomas K. Galvin III, M.D.

Dr. Galvin earned his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Md., and completed his residency at Harbor Hospital also in Baltimore. Affiliated with Carroll Hospital for 29 years, Dr. Galvin previously served as president of the hospital’s medical staff and currently serves as chairman of the Carroll ACO and as a board member of the LifeBridge Physician Network.

Dr. Galvin also is a member of the American Society of Internal Medicine and the American Medical Association. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Norman Goldstein, M.D.

Dr. Goldstein earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Ill., and completed his residency at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Md. With more than 30 years of experience, he also is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Goldstein sees patients in the Westminster - Washington Road office.


Kharia J. Holmes, M.D.

Kharia J. Holmes, M.D., earned her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga., and completed her internal medicine residency and a geriatric fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.

While in medical school, Dr. Holmes was highly involved in community service and outreach programs; she participated in multiple health fairs, and organized and led multiple health discussions on a variety of topics, including healthy living, diabetes, breast cancer awareness, hypertension, prostate cancer and benign prostate hyperplasia.

Dr. Holmes sees patients in the Westminster - Carroll Lutheran Village office.
