Holly Aspelmeier, C.R.N.P.

Holly Aspelmeier, M.S.N., C.R.N.P., earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from McDaniel College in Westminster, Md. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Coppin State University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Johns Hopkins University, both in Baltimore.

She has more than 18 years of experience in the health care industry.

Ms. Aspelmeier is a member of the Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority and the Mary Mahoney Nursing Honor Society.

Ms. Aspelmeier sees patients in the Eldersburg location.


Beth Hicks, P.A.-C.

Beth Hicks, PA-C

Beth Hicks, P.A.-C., earned her Physician Assistant Certification from Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, MD. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, an Associate Member of GLMA and an Associate Member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.

Ms. Hicks sees patients in the Westminster - Washington Road office and in the Finksburg office.


Brooke Richardson Parks, P.A.-C.

Brooke Richardson Parks, P.A.-C. received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland in Baltimore and her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Towson University. She also earned her physician assistant certificate from the Community College of Baltimore County.

Ms. Richardson sees patients in the Westminster - Washington Road office.


Daniel Pika, P.A.-C.

Daniel Pika, PA-C

Daniel Pika, P.A.-C., earned his Physician Assistant Certification from Essex Community College in Essex, MD. He has 16 years of experience in a family practice setting, including the treatment of pediatric, adult and senior patients.

Mr. Pika sees patients in the Finksburg office.



Judith Stambaugh, M.S.N., F.N.P.-B.C., C.R.N.P.

Judith Stambaugh, M.S.N., F.N.P.-B.C., C.R.N.P., received her Master of Science in nursing from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va., in 2009 and her post master’s certificate in nursing education from Shenandoah University in 2010. She has nearly 30 years of health care and nursing experience, treating patients of all ages.

She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in 2005, and she is a member of ANCC. She has also been an adjunct clinical instructor for med/surg, oncology and pediatrics classes at Shenandoah University.

Ms. Stambaugh sees patients in the Taneytown office.
